Covid 19 Customer Letter
Dear Valued Customers,
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has presented the world with an unprecedented challenge. In the wake of entering the unknown, we want to reassure both current and future customers that we are thoughtfully taking steps to provide you with the best and safest service possible.
We have strictly adopted both recommended and required business-practice policies from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, The World Health Organization, and local, public health laws to navigate us towards safety and prevention.
Increasing the frequency of our daily sanitation measures, all of our technicians will continue to proactively use protective precautions while working on your vehicle.
These measures include the use of fresh protective gear with each car (disposable gloves, masks, sanitized goggles, etc.) and regularly wiping down surfaces. Before delivering a vehicle, we will wipe down the keys, door handles, and the interior of the vehicle with disinfectant solution.
To be further accommodating, we will gladly arrange delivery and pickups for all of our customers who would like to utilize this service. Additionally, any necessary paperwork can be completed and signed electronically with a one’s phone, tablet, or computer.
